On 28th September 2018, the UK subsidiary of Fortec Elektronik AG, Display Technology Ltd acquired Components Bureau and Display Solutions.

As part of an internal re-organisation of the group of companies headed by our ultimate parent company, Fortec Elektronik AG (Fortec), both Components Bureau and Display Solutions will be transferring their business to Display Technology Ltd (DTL) on 1st January 2019. 

Display Solutions and Components Bureau hereby give you notice that, as part of the business transfer, they are assigning all rights, titles, interest and benefit in and to any contacts, orders or agreements to DTL with effect from that date. 

DTL is a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 5 The Oaks Business Village, Revenge Road, Lordswood, Chatham, Kent,ME5 8LF. DTL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortec.

In future any Display Solutions or Components Bureau customers should deal solely with DTL in respect of all agreements or contracts, all related invoices and correspondence should be sent to DTL at 1 Osprey Court, Hinchingbrooke Business Park, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE29 6FN for the attention of Cheng Yoe. The contract/order/agreement should continue on its existing terms in all other respects.

Display Solutions and Components Bureau will be continuing to operate as usual from their offices in Huntingdon, however, their bank details will be changing.
