Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals
REACH by the European Union came into force on the 1st June 2007 and is being implemented gradually until 2018.
The aim of REACH is to protect human health and the environment from the use of chemicals. There is a list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The substances on this list have major and sometimes irreversible effects on the environment and humans. As a manufacturer and importer of products we are required to inform customers if any of our products contain more than 0.1% weight of any SVHC.
We are happy to say we fulfil this obligation and to our knowledge, none of our products contain SVHA in a concentration of more than 0.1% by weight.
