The new sensor that can detect a frozen screen. The IF444 sensor will be available this Autumn, manufactured from their sister company Distec based in Germany.
The sensor can be integrated with a PC, SBC systems or used in conjunction with a TFT controller such as Distecs Prisma cards. The warning, in the event of a fault, is given via a digital and visual signal with an audible option available.

The Xtra-Line 37” stretch type are ideally suited for long-term use in demanding environments such as transport and hospitality applications. They can be used both in landscape and portrait mode and are available in 700cd/m² and 2500cd/m².

Recently added to the high bright range, 2 new wide operating temperature AUO TFTs. The new G215HVN01.3 (21.5”) offers an operating temperature of -20 to 80°C and the G156HAN04.0 (15.6”) offers an operating temperature of -30 to 85°C making them suitable for outdoor applications.
Both TFT’s offer a brightness of 1000 cd/m2 with a viewing angle of 89/89°.

The new DD-0840-XE11-C from DISTEC has been designed to replace Mitsubishi AA084XE11. This came about after Mitsubishi announced all of their TFT displays would cease production in 2020.
