Due to significant demand for VacuBond optical bonding, additional facilities in Dysina, Czech Republic and Ronkonkoma, NY will be used from July 2017.
The addition of these facilities means we can provide a reliable service for our customers, increasing the number of displays we can put through production.
During the VacuBond, optical bonding process (also known as dry bonding) components are bonded together using a high-performance silicone Opto a-Gel. The installation of two larger machines in 2016 also means we can bond displays up to a maximum size of 32”.
