Artista Remote Control Board II (ARCB) for TFT diagnostics and Multidisplay/Daisy Chain

ARCB

The ARCB II is a hardware tool for monitoring TFT operating parameters.

The following TFT operating parameters are monitored constantly:

TFT current
Inverter current
ARCB Board temperature
Backlight enable Signal
Ambient temperature (optional)




Further ARCB functions:

Operating hours counter (RTC)
optional: display brightness control via digital light sensor and intelligent control algorithm
Optional: motion counter, humidity sensor, shock sensor, fan
Controlling via Prisma OSD:
monitor on/off, brightness, contrast, selection of signal source


Functionality Multidisplay / Daisy Chain:

up to 256 ARCBs can be connected to one RS-485 bus. (Bus length max. 1000m)

Integration and operation either via command protocol or free-of-charge user software ARCS
(open source)
access to Daisy Chain via USB, RS-232 or RS-495
New: videowall support integrated in open source software ARCS


Software:

Artista Remote Control Service (ARCS)
Service for Windows- or Linux based Client-PCs to read operating parameters via http-request from any PC of the network (returns XML-file). Software source code is available with GPL license.

Please consider:
Artista Remote Control Boards can be delivered in combination with a TFT display only, because for correct function the ARCB has to be configured for the corresponding TFT display.
For projects the ARCB and the appropriate configuration software can be supplied separately.
