Industrial TFT Logistic

Being a contractual partner of Chimei, OPTREX and SAMSUNG we offer innovative TFT technology with comprehensive service packages. We provide the complete available TFT range between 3.5“ and 82“ screen size, and all TFT accessories as touch screens, power supplies, inverters, CCFL tubes, connectors, cables and interfaces. For our customers benefit we tap the full potential of international purchasing.

TFT-Systems with own developed Electronics

Besides TFT logistic we offer our customers from industrial, medical and professional areas with comprehensive and individual additional services around TFT displays. Thus we provide everything from one source!

Expert advice an Design-In Support

We advise our customers on the choice of adequate components and systems. Enhancing the customers technical concept we benefit from our knowledge about market tendencies and technological trends. We assure availability in delivery bottlenecks and check the availability of required components on the international market at the same time.

Experienced engineers support our customers in integrating displays in their application and react fast and flexible on individual requirements by preparing optimized solutions.

In-house development and Know-how

In-house developments are the heart of our company and here we create state-of-the-art electronic devices for the use of active matrix TFTs as USB and LAN controller, RGB converter boards and graphics controller boards.

By reacting fast on changes in the market we are able to crate alternative solutions for obsolete products, like our compact panels - a compatible successor of the great-demanded Samsung SmartPanels.

System Solutions

We develop complete flat screen systems, which can include up to 10 components, depending on the application. These systems form so called kits and consist of combined and coordinated components. Thanks to a unique modular system we can combine these components in different ways. This means we can either supply standard systems as well as system versions, adapted to individual requirements. Our kit solutions are tested before shipment and ready for use without further work (Plug&Play).

Customers can minimize their assembly effort by already including us in the development of the product our system solution will be integrated in. At the same time we can guarantee a high technical standard.

Assembly, Production und Product enhancements

Besides the production of our own system solutions, Display Technology offers product enhancements for TFT displays e.g. anti reflection foil to make the display suitable for bright environments with direct sunlight. We reconfigure TFT displays with an LED-backlight and obtain a better performance in lower temperature ranges and better EMV properties.

On customers demand we also provide made-to-order productions from assembly of components to complete OEM Production (project panning, construction, procurement, mounting and test) of subsystems and finished products including housings and thus offering a full service around TFT displays. Our international connections enable us to even save costs for our customers.

After-Sales-Service

Also after the purchase of our products we support our customers with our repair service. Our RMA handling guarantees a fast and smooth processing and a clear status traceability of the defect parts.

Our technical support assists our customers with technical questions and can solve many problems without the necessity of a return shipment.
