FORTEC UK part of the Data Display Group has the technology to provide optically bonded transparent TFT displays, perfect for implementing in self-service restaurants.
WHAT IS THE ADDED VALUE?
Designing a system to allow customers to place orders via a terminal and smart phone improves efficiency and eliminates the need to queue.
By creating a wall of boxes, restaurant staff are able to place meals through the rear, allowing the customer to collect their meal through the transparent flap on the front of the box.
The highlight of the box system is the transparent door consisting of a pure TFT cell, which can display the customer name, advertising and any other information required. The meal behind the screen also remains visible.
FEATURES
- 21.5 " LG TFT display LM215WF3-SLK1, reinforced with VacuBond® optical bonding to add protective glasses to both sides of the TFT cell. This makes the product much more robust.
- Displaying a clear, define image on the TFT cell.
- Display perfectly protected against scratches and can be easily cleaned.
This solution can also be applied using other transparent displays and sizes using our optical bonding process for similar applications.
